Yes, it does. Your facility rental period includes setup and breakdown time so that you may utilize your time as you please. There is no designated setup/breakdown window as long as you do not come before your contracted start time and do not stay after your contracted end time.

The space provides 1500 sq ft of event area, seating 85 guests in banquet style and accommodating up to 100 standing.

Every rental includes setup of tables, chairs, wifi,bluetooth speaker, kitchenette, and cleanup at the end of the event.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due two weeks before the event.

One day, licenses are required for persons or organizations who host events where alcohol is served.

Clients are responsible for bringing all necessary items to ensure the success of your event.

Décor: The use of nails, screws, and tacks to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage.

Only battery-operated candles are allowed. 

No exceptions, this rule is for the safety of your event. Confetti, rice, and glitter are NOT allowed indoors or outdoors of the venue for cleaning purposes. *NO EXCEPTIONS.
Sparklers / Fireworks Sparklers and fireworks are NOT PERMITTED at Curvy Suite.
Smoking or using vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited in any area of the Curvy Suite property, inside.

Additional parking facilities are available on either side of the building. The adjacent grass lot is owned by Curvy Suite. A staff member will be available to assist with parking, weather permitting.

While we welcome children and families, please note that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this property, and the Client accepts the risk or harm to any children on the property. Parent supervision is required
