Yes. Your contracted rental period includes all setup and breakdown time.
You may use your rental time as you choose for decorating, vendor setup, your event, and breakdown. There is no separate or designated setup and breakdown period.
Please note that you may not enter the venue before your contracted start time and must be finished and off the premises by your contracted end time. Any setup, decorating, breakdown, or cleanup must take place within your reserved rental period.

Curvy Suite offers approximately 1,500 square feet of event space, providing an intimate yet spacious setting for your special occasion.

Our venue can comfortably accommodate:

• Up to 80 guests for banquet-style seating
• Up to 100 guests for standing or cocktail-style events

Please note that final capacity may vary depending on your event layout, décor, setup requirements, and the use of large equipment, such as a 360 photo booth or similar equipment, which may reduce the amount of available guest space.

Curvy Suite is designed for adult and mature events, including birthday celebrations, bridal showers, receptions, cocktail events, conferences, book signings, photo shoots, and other special occasions.
Please note that Curvy Suite does not host baby or children’s parties for guests under the age of 16. Our facility is not childproof and is specifically designed and equipped for adult and mature gatherings.
For the safety of all guests and to help protect our facility, we are unable to accommodate events specifically intended for children under the age of 16

Curvy Suite operates strictly between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

All event activities—including setup, decorating, event time, breakdown, and cleanup—must take place within the contracted rental period and conclude no later than 10:00 PM.

We do not accommodate events, setup, breakdown, cleanup, or additional rental time after 10:00 PM. All guests, vendors, and event-related activities must be completed by closing time.

Every Curvy Suite rental includes the following amenities:

• Setup of tables and chairs
• Wi-Fi access
• Bluetooth speaker
• Access to the kitchenette
• Cleanup at the conclusion of the event

All included amenities are provided as part of your contracted rental period unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.

Curvy Suite accepts Credit Cards, Cash App, Zelle, Vemo, and Afterpay.
Please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your event.
Your date is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received.

Yes. You may hire your own vendors for your event at Curvy Suite.

Please note that all food must be fully pre-cooked before arriving at the venue. Cooking on the premises is strictly prohibited.

You may use food warmers and burners to keep prepared food warm during your event, provided you use them safely and responsibly.

Yes. Alcohol may be served at Curvy Suite; however, the appropriate Virginia ABC one-day banquet license is required for events where alcohol is served at an unlicensed location.
The client is responsible for obtaining the required license prior to the event and providing Curvy Suite with a copy.
Virginia ABC recommends allowing approximately 4–10 days for processing.

Yes. Curvy Suite offers our Luxe Celebration Package, which includes basic event décor for up to 85 guests.
Please contact us directly for complete package details, available décor options, pricing, and customization information.
You are also welcome to hire your own event planner or decorator, or decorate the space yourself, as long as all setup and breakdown are completed within your contracted rental period.

Additional parking is available along the side of the building. Curvy Suite also owns the adjacent grass lot, which may be used for additional guest parking.
When the grass lot is available, a Curvy Suite staff member will be present to assist guests with parking, weather permitting.
Please note that access to the grass parking area may be limited during or following inclement weather.

Children may attend certain events at Curvy Suite; however, please note that our facility has not been childproofed.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of all children while on the premises. By allowing children to attend, the Client acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any risks associated with children being present at the venue.
Parent or guardian supervision is required at all times.
Please note that Curvy Suite does not host baby or children’s parties for guests under the age of 16.
